Who we are
This website is operated by Vegam Solutions ("we", "us"). AI Intime is a Vegam Solutions product. For any privacy question, contactmarketing@vegam.co.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you request a gated asset such as the AI Risk Map, or book a discovery session, we collect your name, work email address and any other details you choose to provide.
- Usage data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser). This is aggregate analytics, not identification.
- Technical data. Our server records the IP address of requests for security and rate limiting.
Why we use it
- To send you the asset you requested.
- To follow up about your enquiry where you have asked us to, or where we have a legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.
- To understand and improve how this site performs.
- To protect the site from abuse.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of processors to run this site:
- Our CRM - to record and manage business enquiries.
- Resend - to deliver transactional email (your requested asset and our internal notification).
- Calendly / Cal.com - if you book a session through the embedded scheduler.
- Google Analytics - for aggregate site analytics.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Where it is held
This website runs on infrastructure operated by Vegam. Some processors listed above may process data outside your country; where that applies we rely on appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. Specific retention periods to be confirmed at legal review.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email marketing@vegam.co. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
