AI Intime exists because Vegam had the problem it solves. Twenty years of institutional knowledge - trapped in emails, meeting notes and proposals. Cloud AI was disqualified by our customers' terms and by data regulations. So we built a fully on-prem solution.
It saved us hundreds of hours a week. Then we productized it.
The first user of AI Intime was Vegam. Two decades of proposals, deployment history, plant-specific know-how and customer context sat in places no one could query - and the obvious AI answer was ruled out before it started, because our customers' agreements did not permit their data to leave.
So the constraint became the architecture. Fully on-prem, sitting on top of the systems already in place, nothing leaving the boundary. It worked internally - onboarding got faster, answers stopped depending on who was reachable - and it turned out the customers we build plants for had exactly the same problem.
